It’s business as usual at Fifth Avenue Florist…. just done a little differently! We are still creating beautiful bouquets to suit your special occassions. However due to supply challenges your blooms may vary slightly.

An additional delivery fee may occur if delivery location is in a remote area.

Same day delivery if ordered by 1:30pm weekdays.

Yes! We do same day Gold Coast florist deliveries

Delivery service for Saturday is only available for these suburbs – Palm Beach, Elanora, Currumbin, Tugun, Kirra, Burleigh, Miami, Tallebudgera and Reedy Creek.

For same day delivery on Saturday orders need to be placed by 11:30am.

There is no delivery service on Sundays.

All prices are inclusive of all taxes applicable and are in Australian currency.

If we are given an incorrect address we will re-deliver your order for an additional delivery fee.  If recipient is not home at the delivery address our Courier will leave the flowers in a safe location.

Every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred delivery times. Funeral deliveries can be specific with regards to time.

All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers that will be delivered. Flowers, containers and accessories may vary subject to seasonal availability.

Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy, but on rare occasions mistakes may be made. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us. We promise that if your dissatisfaction is any fault of ours, we’ll offer to put it right.

If you need to cancel or alter your order please contact us immediately. We cannot cancel an order for items that have already been delivered.

While all care is taken in selecting the freshest blooms, flowers are a perishable item. All complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product to assist with the assessment of an offer of replacement or refund. If an item is replaced or refunded the original item must be available for return.

We are not able to provide a refund for delivery if you have provided incorrect delivery details. If the delivery details you have provided are incorrect you may be charged an additional delivery fee for redelivery to the correct address.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults/defects
